Get your blog today…New features

I spent the better part of this weekend reviewing and installing new features on BlogDumps Bloggers.
These improvements will be great and I hope all of you enjoy them and it helps you with your blog.

– Admin Messaging – I can leave a message on everyones dashboard keeping you up to date on all the changes that take place. I was hoping I had this done before the last upgrade but we did the upgrade without issues, so oh well.

–Support System – A coulpe of testers would be great… The support link is on the top right of your blog dashboard on the second line. Here you can submit a ticket for blog tech support or report a blog that should be removed…Spam blogs, porn etc… I will be adding the FAQ as soon as I can for all the newbies.

One of the best parts is that we now have a video libraray. I thought this was so important.

–Add Media Buttons – You now can add Photo files and images. Add video, audio, and use embed codes using the “Add Media” buttons. These are located at the top right hand side of where you write your posts.

–Page link Display – When writing a new Page or Editing a New Page, you now have the option to not display it in the page links or, depending on your theme, page tabs without making it private – simply put a check in the box next to “Include this page in user menus” in the right column.

–Signup Password – when signing up, new bloggers have the ability to choose their password instead of having one sent to them.

–New themes – we have uploaded a ton of new themes that will be available to BlogDumps Bloggers soon. We are still processing and editing the themes – as we complete this process we will activate them so users have more themes to chooses from.

I added the great new feature to BlogDumps Bloggers…
You can now ask questions and see what other bloggers are up to in the BlogDumps Discussion Forum Just stop by and register.
The bonus in this is when you register you can now download the New BlogDumps Instant Messenger Send text and Audio/Video around the world to all your friends without all the bull…No adds etc.
If you need help most of the time you will find Trina Or Wolfbernz online on the Instant messenger.

I have had some people from all over trying to make porn blogs, Sex Blogs, Weird animal…Oh nevermind and nasty sites.
It has been a chore chasing these blogs and deleting them. After a while one would think after getting deleted 8 time they would stop, Ugh Hello!

All in all I am very pleased with the site their are some great blogs here, now over five hundred or so.

I have been working on a new feature.
I hope you all will like it, I can’t mention what it is as of yet but blogdumps bloggers will be even better!
There have been a lot of blogs created so far we are around the five hundred mark and more everyday.

I noticed a lot of you are just using the default theme you may change the look and feel of your blog from you dashboard and clicking on presentation, widgets and backrounds.

Adding New blog Feeds

I see there are a lot of new blogs this week!
I am in the process of adding the new blogs to the front page feeds.

If all you new bloggers would please edit or delete the first default post that would be great because the “hello world” post is picked up in the feed of you new blog.. It shows on the front page until you have more then 2 posts!

If you do not see your new blog on the front page, it’s because you haven’t written yet.

Also you can change the look of your blog in your dashboard by clicking on the presentation, customize it to your personality.
This will also attract new readers. I am uploading new themes and backgrounds all the time so check them out.

Import Your Blog To a Free WordPress Blog.

Yes, now you can import your blog hosted somewhere else to your free WordPress blog here at BlogDumps Bloggers.

This was tested and it worked well with blogger see the test blog at import.blogdumps.net There are many other blog platforms that can be imported.
Just create your new blog and you will find the import tab under “manage” on your new BlogDumps Blog dashboard.

So if you are looking at making a change to a new blog host it is now possible.
